Ticket to Work Medicaid Infrastructure Grant
This program is intended to offer Medicaid coverage to working, or those wishing to return to work, individuals who meet the federal or state definition of disability and have incomes higher than what is allowed under traditional Medicaid eligibility.

Nevada Medical Homes
Information about medical homes for children with special health care needs. A medical home addresses how a primary health care professional works in partnership with the family/patient to assure that all of the medical and non-medical needs of the patient are met.

Nevada American Association of Retired Persons (AARP)
Includes information on independent living, benefits, transportation and more.

 Nevada Check Up - Children's Health Insurance Program
Provides low-cost, comprehensive health care coverage to low income, uninsured children (birth through 18) who are not covered by private insurance or Medicaid.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services
Related to rehabilitation services, employment and training.

Nevada Division for Aging Service
Works to develop, coordinate and deliver a comprehensive support service system in order for Nevada's senior citizens to lead independent, meaningful and dignified lives. Chapters offer assistance with medical benefits and other issues.

Nevada Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis & Treatment (EPSDT) Program Information on this Medicaid-covered program of scheduled checkups and screenings for children 20 and under to detect and treat health problems.

Nevada Family Resource Guide
A guide to benefits, supports and services for families raising children with mental retardation and related developmental disabilities in Nevada. Document is in Word format.

Nevada Medicaid Covered Services
Information on services covered by the state Medicaid program, including medical transportation and physician services.

Nevada Mental Health & Developmental Services
Provides multiple levels of mental health care through inpatient and outpatient programs throughout the state.

Nevada Office of Veterans Services
Helps veterans and their family members obtain federal services, employment, compensation and government benefits to which they are entitled.

Nevada University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities
As one of over sixty University Centers for Excellence in the country, the organization works to expand and improve services for people with disabilities and their families.

Autism Society of America - Northern Nevada Chapter
An all-volunteer organization made up of parents and family members of individuals affected by an autism spectrum disorder, as well as professionals working in the field.

Alzheimer's Association - Northern California & Northern Nevada
Alzheimer's Association chapters provide information, programs and services, including support groups and educational workshops, to people with Alzheimer's disease, their family members and caregivers.

Alzheimer's Association - Desert Southwest Chapter
Alzheimer's Association chapters provide information, programs and services, including support groups and educational workshops, to people with Alzheimer's disease, their family members and caregivers. The Desert Southwest Chapter serves Arizona and Southern Nevada.
